2. Scope of Services

• B2B Marketplace: We provide an online venue where engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies, commercial solar buyers, verified vendors, and installers can list equipment, request quotations, post bids, and coordinate logistics.
• Careers Portal: Solmarkt Careers is a specialized matchmaking platform designed exclusively for the clean energy sector. Candidates can upload resumes, create profiles detailing their solar design or installation background, and apply directly to listings. Employers can post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, and source solar talent.
• Platform Role: Solmarkt acts as a facilitator. We do not manufacture, inspect, or warrant the solar equipment sold on the marketplace, nor are we employers or recruiters in transactions between hiring companies and job candidates.

3. User Account Security & Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including OTP logins and passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. To protect platform integrity, we reserve the right to verify user details (including GSTIN, corporate registrations, and candidate credentials) and suspend accounts failing validation.

4. Acceptable Conduct & Compliance

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content (including fake job listings or non-existent inventory).
• Violate domestic clean energy policies, MNRE guidelines, or Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) regulations.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or coordinate anti-competitive bidding behaviors.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest platform content, pricing, user profiles, or resumes using automated software or scripts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including layout styles, design templates, text, code, graphics, interactive tools, logos, and databases — is the property of [legal entity] or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended business operations.
